Highland Reserve Forces and Cadets Association is a non-profit organisation which looks after theinterests of Reservists and Cadets northwards from the Forth-Clyde valley.
Funded by the Ministry of Defence and headquartered in Dundee with offices in Inverness, Aberdeen and Dumbarton, HRFCA is run by a small permanent staff of Crown Servants aided by over 200 voluntary Association members.
-Manage and maintain Reserve and Cadet facilities throughout the region.
-Provide welfare grants.
-Support the recruitment of Reservists and Cadet Adult Volunteers.
-Advise and provide practical assistance to employers of Reservists, and
-Publicise and promote the work of our Armed Forces and Cadets.
