After obtaining industry standard qualifications in Business Administration, Claire developed her skills as a support and admin specialist. She built up a successful career and gained a wealth of experience working in a variety of different sectors, both private and public. This included the Royal Mail, Network Rail and leading counselling services.
Throughout her career, Claire has been able to demonstrate her expertise in administration, including travel, diary, event and office management. Her attention to detail and ability to communicate at all level allows her to offer exceptional support, as well as forge lasting business relationships.
Claire also established her own Inventory Management company covering multiple counties in the south of England, servicing prominent letting agencies and private rentals. Not only was she able to utilise her expert administration and communication skills but develop a keen understanding of business. This enables her to acutely understand the needs of business owners and support key decision makers, as well as how to achieve the best results an organisation’s admin function.
Jackie has gained exceptional business experience over a number of years working in the Financial Services and Utility Industries. She started her career working as an administrator and later moving onto desktop publishing as the Editor of a Company magazine within the Financial Services industry. She developed her office support expertise as PA to a corporate Director of Finance in Hong Kong for a number of years. Within this role she developed her skills in personal administration, diary management, travel, accommodation, communication and dealing with clients and companies at all levels.
With a wealth of experience, Jackie turned to training within the Financial Services Industry, where management skills, high level communication and attention to detail were paramount. Following on from this, she launched her own successful training consultancy and worked with global leaders, including: BBC, Scottish Power and Southern Water. Jackie has since worked with Network Rail, Metropolitan Police and RSPCA, delivering expert training solutions.
Throughout this time she gained a keen understanding of the needs of business owners and supporting key decision makers. It also provided Jackie with great insight into an organisation’s admin function and how integral it is to successful day-to-day operations. Jackie utilises her impressive experience and expertise to provide high-class solutions to her clients.
